As the General Manager Customer Growth at NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS), I am responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational performance of the customer growth function, which includes product development, business development, data and analytics and stakeholder engagement. I have over 15 years of experience in land and property services, operations, customer services and business development, having previously held the roles of General Manager Operations and Director of Operations and Customer Services at NSW LRS and Land and Property Information respectively. I have a strong background in economics and law, having completed a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University, as well as an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD. My core competencies include leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, and communication. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and customer-centric land and property data services that support businesses growth.
