I manage the Sales Support Team whose primary function is to support the Financial Advisors in generating activity.I am also responsible for:• Managing the relationship between FBD and our CRM provider• All induction training for new Financial Advisors and ongoing sales training• Supporting Financial Advisors on complicated sales/pension cases• Supporting the Head of FBD Life & Pensions in achieving annual targets• Representing the Head of Life & Pensions when required• Preparation of Executive Management Reports• Engaging with Marketing to support Life & Pensions business• Input in Digital Referral initiatives with Marketing, external consultants and FBD Compliance• Interaction at various levels with Preferred Providers and other Providers FBD hold agencies with• Assisting in recruitment of Financial Advisors when required• Engaging with FBD Compliance, FBD Risk and FBD Group Data Security to include:o Management of Compliance processeso SQ MIo Operate and FBD L&P Risk Championo Attend CAM meetings with Preferred Providers• Responsible for sign off of all changes to Terms of Business/Factfinds• Delivery of any CBI reviews and assist FBD Compliance with the annual CBI return• Responsible for managing complaints within FBD Life and Pensions

Managing a team to support the needs of a panel of Financial Advisors around the country. My role includes the planning and implementation of sales strategies for our FA team. I also have responsibility for the following:- delivery of new CRM system for FBD Life & Pensions (successful go live March 2023)- planning and roll out of induction courses for new joiners- coaching and training of all staff on an ongoing basis- managing all FBD L&P complaints- FBD L&P risk (RSCA quarterly return and ongoing management of same)- develop and maintaining relationships with Providers for which FBD L&P hold agency agreements- manage the weekly & monthly branch/Financial Advisor MI & ensure it is collated & distributed by my team- preparation of monthly bonus payments- managing all aspects of FA Compliance and reporting of same- manage L&P accounts administrative items and processes including commission reconciliations, debtors listing, monthly receipts, bank recs to facilitate prep of the monthly management accounts.
