Initiate and furnish company's M&A plan to incubate, accelerate new capabilities for company growth.- Implemented several large-scale business support system’s (BSS) transformation projects (convergent charging & billing, omni channel CRM) with leading mobile operators in APAC region, leading the business analysts, solution architect, and PMO.Had been the program director to execute BSS transformation programs with a leading mobile operator in Denmark and Hungary. Headed the PMO and steered multiple streams of task forces. Mitigated project risks and obstacles for business launch. Changed the project delivery service to be more profit driven, resulting in optimized cost and achieve faster time-to-market.- Set up and led the AsiaInfo Experience Lab in Bangkok to create new business models for telco & internet companies, offering mobile applications and internet platforms for digital transformation and monetization, enabling mobile operators for their digital brands, online services, loyalty & gamifications, data analytics & visualizations, and IoT applications. Adapted successful practices from China’s internet companies & telcos into Southeast Asia’s local market environment and eco system. Engaged MNO’s senior executives to demonstrate business case and secure executive sponsorships. Led the lab team to design and develop end-level details solution that exudes high quality, catering to superior user experience as well as a scalable business platform.

Lead for the core solution competence in regional centre to develop regional sales and grow the customer base for BSS (Charging, Billing, CRM) Software. Crafted the sales pipelines for strategic accounts and green fields to meet regional targets. Designed the account plan and worked closely with country and account teams to execute the engagement plan to achieve revenue target. Generated new business initiatives and created customer demands and carried on into solution selling.
