He is a Chartered Transport Planner (CTPP) with 18 years of vast experience in leading infrastructure and public transport projects for clients across Ireland and the UK.His experience includes project management of major LRT, Bus and Rail projects. This includes project management on projects such as Luas Cork, network-wide bus terminals (NTA) and the flagship project for Northern Ireland - the ‘Belfast Transport Hub’ - in which he led more than 350 staff from RIBA 0-3 and securing full planning in 2019. Eamon also has comprehensive expertise in city infrastructure improvements, city regeneration, active travel, intelligent transport systems, rail interchange designs and highways.A National winner of the prestigious ICE Communications Competition 2011, Eamon has effective people, project management and communication skills. He has utilised these skills for conflict resolution, optimising client relationships and providing leadership on public consultations. Eamon has also delivered a series of lectures at Queen’s University.
