Installing a people tracking application ATLAS (Asset Tracking & Location Awareness System) to track 250 employees across two floors in a new customer building. Providing project management support to RFID software development team and RF implementation engineers, responsible project definition workshops & reports, work breakdown structure, tasks and deliverables, all project activities are centrally controlled using Project Control Book PCB. This involved requirements gathering, systems analysis, design, testing verification and knowledge transfer of Tivoli Provisioning Manager Express (Automated backup and recovery, Availability management, Identity management, Software patch distribution and inventory management).Responsibility also included rollout education and training. Established a business process transformation strategy for an outsourced business process and managed this for the customer.
