Chauntry is software company specialising in travel industry products. We make market-leading reservation systems for tour operators, holiday companies, travel aggregators and consolidators, aiport operators and parking operators. Things I'm doing for Chauntry include:- Defining the company's technical roadmap. Working with customers to identify future needs. Ensuring that Chauntry's technology will stay ahead of customer requirements. - Creating a new hosted service business unit for airport parking. Delivering Chauntry services to multiple customers from a secure hosted environment.- Strategic pre-sales- Re-writing technical and marketing communications. Writing press material. Writing website content.

Community Internet was a specialised commercial ISP – delivering connectivity, data management and site development services to small-to-medium sized businesses. ts.com was a subsidiary of Community Internet, set up to support a massive, online ticketing business (very similar in nature to EventBrite, but ten years earlier). My role was to provide both product development and bullet-proof technology services for both of these businesses, including:- Ultra high availability technology infrastructure- Product management- Application development- Development team management- Requirements capture and business analysis - Development of marketing tools and proof statements- Pre-sales support and business development

Oxford Analytica is an open source intelligence business, providing macro-economic intelligence to businesses, governments and intelligence agencies. My roles were:- To design and develop publishing technology services, content distribution services and office support services capable of supporting the company and its customers. - To work with OA's customers at all points in the sales cycle, providing technical consultancy and content integration services.
