Responsibility and oversight for the development and maintenance of the site quality systems, quality compliance and auditing related procedures and processes, which include NC/CAPA processes, Internal/External auditing/self-inspection program, Quality Management Systems and the overall Quality Management review process.

1.Lead the complaint processing system to ensure compliance with Corporate and regulatory requirements. Supervise complaints staff. Lead and direct a product complaint reduction process through leading the area and personnel in complaint problem identification and elimination.2.Provide quality support to production processes working with other departments within Alcon Ireland to resolve process issues and identify process improvements.3.Work as part of a cross functional team to support in process validations and risk management studies to improve quality rates and cycle times for products produced by Alcon . 4.Review for compliance to Quality System requirements, project documentation including validation and software documents.5.Maintain/Support the Risk Management and Validation System in compliance with regulatory requirements.6.Adhere to inhouse H&S and environmental requirements.7.Ensure continual Quality System compliance by adherence to established and evolving Alcon and Novartis QS requirements.
