Aldi Retail Development ContractSite supervision of store construction and extensive ground works package.Management of day to day activities on site including quality control and health & safety on site.Responsible for all aspects of site engineering and setting out.

Responsible for delivery of Large mixed use commercial, residential, and retail development.  Oversight of large scale in-situ concrete, steel frame, and precast construction.  Management of large team of subcontractors and direct staff and liaising with design teams and public bodies.  Management of materials from procurement to delivery, to placement and eventually waste management. Management and implementation of a Health and Safety Policy on-site. Production of construction programs and their delivery within scheduled timeframes. Maintain quality control on site ensuring construction to specification.
