Role relies heavily on the ability to understand and react to rapidly changing priorities, and to influence effectively in a fast paced environment.Ownership also in setting and achievement short - long term site goals with respect to COGs, Water and Capacity Targets.

International assignment as part of Diageo's Future Leaders Programme (FLP).Responsible for the cross-market roll out of a standardized Continuous Improvement program within United Spirits Limited following a recent takeover by Diageo. Primary elements of this role included set up of a Performance Measurement & Reporting structure across 25+ manufacturing sites and a routine cycle of performance review aligned to Diageo's Global Supply standards. I was also closely involved in providing "on the ground" support to a number of sites selected as benchmark early adopters, implementing foundation program structures and ensuring necessary capability gaps were addressed.
