I am an F1 enthusiast, I love agriculture, I love to build things, and I love it when I can solve a problem either for myself or someone else. I get my thrills from racing, and I get my chills from eating out with my other half. Community, trust, authenticity, and honor are my core values.So what about what I do? Well in nutshell I turn visions into investable projects.Let's say John has a project he want's to get funded. He has a lovely business plan, and executive summary, a pitch deck, proforma, the works. John shares his project with loads of potential investors and he get's loads of initial introductory meetings. The meetings all go really well, everyone want's to see his data room, things are looking good. He send's around all the relevant documents to all the relevant people and one of two things happens.1. The investor tells him he needs to redo everything.2. He never hears from the investor again.John has a vision, not a project. No matter how many people tell John he has a great project, it will not change the reality that it is only a vision. Investors do not invest in visions, and a vision does not elevate itself to an investable project all on it's own. With access to a complete vertically integrated team of international experts, I can take a vision to, a plan, to a project, to the market, and right through to investment.
