After my recent role as Customer Relationship & Marketing Manager at STSUK.com, where I focused on building strong connections and driving sales growth, I’m now exploring new opportunities following a redundancy.Throughout my journey—spanning over a decade—I’ve cultivated a passion for prioritising long-term relationships and strategic planning. At STSUK, I developed and implemented marketing campaigns that enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Before that, at Ted Todd, I was instrumental in expanding our customer base and nurturing key accounts, including partnerships with clients like John Lewis.I believe in continuous improvement and personal development, and I love engaging in learning opportunities through reading and networking groups to stay ahead of industry trends.
