I translate our innovative service designs into the technologically driven MyEd platform, overseeing operations, customer experiences, digital marketing, and business models. Collaborating with external experts, I propel digital technology adoption to enhance stakeholder value. Seamlessly integrating digital initiatives into our strategic planning, I deliver the project planning, management and resource allocation. Continuously exploring new tools like AI and CRM systems to help streamline operations and outputs within a micro team and ensure that MyEd is using current digital practises. I ensure that we are at the forefront of integrating digital technologies as a means of achieving competitive advantage. I manage talent outsourcing to bolster digital capabilities, directing UI/UX design and technical development. Currently, I am working with MyEd team on the the development of an AI/ML interface to enrich family services, leveraging cutting-edge technology for their evolving needs.

As a founding member of MyEd, I helped shape our digital presence from the outset. My responsibilities spanned across various domains, from leading the design of our platform and user experience to researching and developing monetisation strategies. I was responsible for coordinating and managing third-party services, ensuring seamless integration into our platform. The translation of our continuous innovation and service development into working technology were at the core of my role, driving our quest to stay ahead in the ever-evolving landscape of EdTech. I led the embedding of a design culture and privacy by design principles into every aspect of our business operations, ensuring that user-centricity and data protection remained paramount.

I contributed to the design and delivery of our education consultancy, market research, international student recruitment, user research and development of student and pupil placement platforms for families, care and learning institutions and local councils. Our Clients included: The British Council, Birmingham City Council, Birmingham City University, Middlesex University, Harper Adams University, East End Foods and Amity International.

After completing my BA (Hons) and MA in visual communications, I founded Vivo Communication, specialising in design, web development, and media communication. I secured clients across the UK, from SMEs to larger organisations like West Midlands Police, NHS, and East End Foods Plc. I led the conceptualisation of design and user experience, managing a team of programmers in India to implement and develop fully functioning websites and mobile sites. I also introduced Agile methodologies into business practices for efficient management. I also designed and managed social media marketing for clients, devising strategies for traction, engagement, and content development.
