Platforms Supported: Servers, Point of Sale, Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN), Printers, Security Cameras, Workstations, UPS, VOICE (VOIP/POTS), Mobility (ELO Tablets, Price Checkers, Barcode Scanners), ISDM (TV's, Media Players), Low Voltage (Testing, Diagnostics, Repair, Install)Primary Responsibilities· Perform routine services to ensure system reliability to client site users.· Serve as primary customer liaison for providing all maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.· Provide professional communication, support, and interface to an on-site client base as to equipment status and availability.· Preemptively maintain inventory of consumable items within forward stocking locations. · Provide user training on supported platforms to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.· Maintain communications and working relationships with other FSEs (Field Service Engineers) and Service Desk Agents within areas of coverage.· Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities (as required) using activity reporting software and tools.· Take responsibility for customer satisfaction through proper use of customer management skills and engaging of support personnel as required.· Scheduling visits to client sites both during and after-hours to accommodate client requirements.· Served as the Subject matter expert for Target related issues.

I was contracted as a Workstation Engineer I at Community Medical Centers, as part of this position, I function as the "boots-on-ground" of the Information Systems department across all of Community Medical's sites including but not limited to; Community Regional Medical Center and Clovis Community Hospital. I was mainly responsible for configuring and installing computer workstations, printers, and other applicable devices.

I was employed as an IT Support Technician at Olam Americas, Inc. During my time at Olam, I've assisted in the migration of several food ingredient processing facilities within California, Oregon, and New Mexico. I've also implemented a workstation deployment solution that has been successfully used on over 250 workstations, greatly optimizing the process for deploying computer systems within Olam.

During my time at TEKsystems, I was on contract with the County of Fresno's Elections division as a lead technician, my duties included supervising and assisting with the setup of multiple polling stations that had several computers and other network devices. I was also in part responsible for dealing with troubleshooting and password resets as needed.

In the course of my duties at Olam International, I functioned as a member of the I.T. Department and assisted with a multitude of tasks including but not limited to, AD management, systems migration, working with vendors, help desk support, and asset renewal. Along with these duties I headed up the migration of around two-dozen Line-of-business devices that were used across 3 different almond processing facilities. This project involved working with multiple teams both within and outside of the organization in the areas of information security, infrastructure, software vendors, and plant management.
