Capability built on research at Cambridge University and professional training with Ove Arup and Partners and Arup Associates before moving to general practice structural engineering. 27 years experience of both new build and refurbishment projects including listed buildings. 22 years as a Partner with Ellis and Moore before establishing own consultancy, E&M West. Latterly acting as expert witness in buildings defects and construction failure cases.
