In charge of Le Monde's digital products : Apps, web and tooling.Led Le Monde’s website redesign through a lean startup approach : starting with the absolute minimal functionality, and only adding features that have a mesurable impact on the website performance.Created an « insights » team to inform and inspire Le Monde's Product development. This team, composed of UX researchers and data analysts is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative user research in order to understand our readers behavior and motives.

In charge of Le Monde's Mobile and Tablet strategy.Responsible for a 25 persons team composed of journalists, designers and developers aiming to redefine Le Monde's presence on mobile.Launched a complete overhaul of Le Monde's main app : Le Monde, l'info en continu, strengthening Le Monde's lead on mobile in France.Launched a new mobile first editorial product : La Matinale du Monde.

In charge of Le Monde's digital Product Development.Created a product development department and a design team. Recruitment and management of 5 Product Managers. Recruitment of a senior designer and creation of a 4 member team around him.In charge of global product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new product features and enhancements. Work with the editorial technical and marketing teams to bring features live.Main products :Le Monde's website redesign in 2012, giving the news organisation the platform it needed to expand its digital only newsroom to the whole editorial staff.Le Monde's Android and iPad apps launchs, continuous improvement of Le Monde's iPhone app resulting in Le Monde's clear lead on mobile news in France.Le Monde's Edition Abonnés continuous improvement leading to 3x increase in digital subscription revenue between 2009 and 2012

In charge of functional and technical design of Le Monde's projects. Worked with editorial, marketing and management to prioritize projects; wrote functional and technical specifications. Managed 5-10 developers and outside agencies. Oversaw and participated in development, testing and rollout phases. Main projects :Le Post : participatory news website launched in 2007 (1.1M monthly uniques in less than 1year)iPhone app (launched in novembre 2008, 500k monthly unique a year later,1M in 2010)

In charge of definition and delivery of large projects like the creation of Le Monde's digital CMS Le Sept or "Le Journal Électronique" : web PDF reader that helped launch a premium tier for our subscrption service. Managed 2-5 developers. Wrote functional and technical specifications.

Worked on the launch of Le Monde's subscription edition "L'Édition Abonnés", technical platform migrations, development of editorial tools, some of them still running as of 2018 (but really shouldn't)
