• Leadership of Regulatory & Compliance Project Portfolio Management and IT, driving all aspects of government and law regulations and the impacts of finance and fiscal systems. These compliance and risk mitigation projects aim to enable business continuity, simplify processes, reduce manual work and implement end state IT solutions with scalable architecture.• IT Project Manager for HPE Brazil Software Spin-off and Merge with Micro Focus. This project aimed to separate the Software Business Division and create a brand new company to merge with Micro Focus. The scope of the project included +200 applications cloned and tested and a new IT solution architecture for Brazil which required 32 new processes design and implementation.• Project Manager for Internal Audit. This project included +100 processes review which related to Global Functions as follow: Customer to Cash, Procure to Pay, Close & Consolidations, Regulatory and Legal, HR and Payroll, Treasure, TAX and IT. The project objective was to certify resolution of issues found, identify new areas of opportunity to improve controls and minimize business risk.

• Leadership of Project Management Team for Information Systems and Solutions LATAM and Mexico. Driving all aspects of IT Projects and Portfolio activity cross region to meet customers needs regarding to Freight Management and Supply Chain Projects, VMI and Bonded Warehouse operations.• Leadership of Project Management Team to attend Supply Chain operations of CEVA customers like: DELL, LENOVO, General Motors, Philips-Woox-Gibson, Bosch, Microsoft, OMRON, Nokia, APPLE, GE, Logitech, TEREX, Fiat-Chrysler, Triumph, Dreager, CNH and Chery.
