Eanika entered the real estate market as a novice flipper to save on commissions. She is the owner of Beautifully Designed Interiors and is an Independent Broker at Simply. She has worked in the Real Estate industry for 11 years setting new standards for the growing industry and becoming an expert in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a seasoned Realtor® and Interior Designer, Ms. Nunez is passionate in positioning her clients to successfully buy & sell homes. Ms. Nunez is an award-winning Real Estate Advisor and 5 star google realtor in the real estate community. She is elected to be on the board of directors for Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors serving a 2-year term starting 2023. Additionally, she holds a leadership position as Chair 2021 for Young Professionals Network on her local Real Estate board consisting of 4600 Realtors®. Ms. Nunez’s sales consistently rank in the top 1% of her brokerage of 1500 Realtors. Prior to entering real estate, Eanika worked in the marketing field. She was a marketing manager for Wall Street Journal, Fortune/Forbes 500 Companies & Walt Disney World. Eanika has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Interior Design. Eanika also is a veteran of the Marine Corps where she served in Intelligence. She enjoys traveling, hiking, weight-lifting and collecting currency for each country she visits. Her current hobbies include spending time on sets and creating short films/commercials when her career allows.
