• Corporate Communication: CII being a membership based organization, the primary stakeholders are the member organizations themselves. Hence, I am responsible for drafting and sending across communication across various platforms.• Internal Communications: CII is a PAN India organization with 66 offices including 9 Centres of Excellence and 10 overseas offices. Hence there is a lot of co-ordination / information sharing involved with colleagues from other offices pertaining to various activities.• Event Management: CII organizes a lot of activities and initiatives. I am responsible for end-to-end event management (Event conceptualization, industry research, identification of stakeholders, framing event structure, preparation of budget, identifying and approaching the speakers, partnerships with other associations or organizations, Event Marketing, Sponsorship, Exhibitions, Logistics, Vendor Management etc.).• Media & Government Relations: As part of our large activities we engage with the Media (press release, coordination, etc) and key Government personnel (like Ministers, Bureaucrats, etc. for policy-related work and coordination).

• Valuation of mortgaged American property based on the current market value• Make approximate differences in valuation based on the features of the property.• Send across properties of high value and risk back to the Headquarters in Florida, USA.• Conduct market study to identify trends and patterns of properties of similar nature.
