Also, Eissa was appointed as board member in multiple companies in Saudi.Throughout Eissa career, he has been leading and continue to lead various diverse teams in the fields of Engineering, Project Management, Quality & Six Sigma, Planning, Commercial Operations, Sales, New Business Development, and Corporate Strategic Planning. Also, he sponsored best practice sessions with key Saudi public & private organizations such as compliance, people development, and risk management workshops.On August 2020 Eissa joined Worley as Senior Vice President, location director for Saudi & Bahrain. In this role Eissa is responsible for all Worley businesses and P&Ls in Saudi & Bahrain to lead and drive growth, localization, and operation excellence to maximize business profitability and predictability. Worley is a global fully integrated professional services and project Management Company and a major player in Hydrocarbons, Chemicals, Fabrications, mining and metallurgy, and infrastructure.Prior to that, Eissa joined JACOBS Saudi on Oct 2018 as JACOBS ZATE Managing Director and JACOBS DCSA CEO. Also, throughout his professional career he held several Executive & Senior positions in GE and Saudi Telecom Co. “STC” including: President and CEO of GE Power Services Saudi, Bahrain & Yemen, GE Executive Account Management, GE Power Regional Sales Director, GE Health Care Regional OTR Manager, STC Network Planning General Manager, STC Network Engineering General Manager, and Project Management & Quality roles.Eissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh. Also, he was certified as Six Sigma Black Belt since 1999.
