Collaborating with a digital and branding agency from Dubai, my role is to put myself in the user's shoes and look at a product or service from their perspective, trying to understand their feelings and expectations. At the same time, it's important to know what are the companies goals / business requirements and help them to provide a frictionless journey to its target public. This work is done by translating all these ideas into wireframes, user flows and fully-working prototypes.

I was the first in-house designer to join the team and from the beginning I was an advocate of the culture of user experience. Among other things, I could:- Help to create and define the product flows- Communicate interaction ideas through wireframes and prototypes- Periodic meetings with the data team to analyse both quantitative and qualitative inputs gathered by different tools- Help to build and maintain the company’s Design System- Using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Lookback, Hotjar, Usability Hub, etc.

For four years, I took part in various digital projects in many fields, collaborating with agencies from Spain, Brazil, France and the UK. Whether designing an app for an exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi, or help creating the UX for the biggest educational social network in Spain, I was an active and collaborative team player, always striving for the success of the project. Lead Designer (managing 2 people): Conceptualization and production of the company’s communication pieces; both offline and online. Also the department developed the design of projects for clients such as Antena3, Cuatro, Grupo Planeta, Mozilla Foundation.

Senior Multimedia Designer: In charge for the design and front-end development of "Diari de Barcelona" - an innovative and interactive news platform, a common project between Barcelona Televisió and Lavinia Interactiva.
