Current2023 Spotlight on Excellence award winner- Ascendon development paired with AWS development to showcase a critical call center use case. It paired the propensity of a customer to churn with the customer's usage patterns, creating a recommendation that would improve the churn score, save agent cost, and allow the customer to self-service the change in plan and answer any questions. The project utilized multiple AWS assets to asses the propensity to churn and usage patterns, develop a recommendation, send an email using generated language for the recommendation, provide an endpoint that the CSR and Consumer applications could use for details, and extend a chatbot that had direct access to all of the data and recommendations. The front-end applications linked from the email prompted the user from the service to ask if a recommendation was available.
