Prior to this I served as a consultant to several cleared contract companies with a focus on security clearance background investigations and as the Vice President of Operations for 1FORCE. 1FORCE is a leader in providing background investigative services to private and public sector entities including the US Intelligence Community (USIC). Since my retirement as a Senior Executive at the FBI, I have provided services as a consultant to USG contract companies specializing in Background Investigations for employment and Security Clearance issuance. In addition to executive leadership, I consulted on matters involving Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Security Programs, Policy Creation, Change Management, and Crisis Management. I am a proven executive leader, and my experiences have allowed me to build a diverse skillset which uniquely qualifies me to make assessments and advise companies on various strategic and management challenges within both the public and private sectors.
