I Provided guidance to Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers and DA civilian personnel to include all of HQ INSCOM and its MSCs ’in relation to (RC) procedures polices i.e. the mobilization process and COADOS, Mobilization and OPADOS polices and standard to include timelines for submission. I continued to provide personnel support to all RC Soldiers seeking, orders, and amendments to orders, CRC assignments, data entry, records review and validation of personal information. I continued to process Retiree Recalls (RRC) and Request for Early Release from active Duty (REFRAD) for all HQ INSCOM and its MSCs. I successfully supported all RRC Soldiers assigned to HQ INSCOM’s Contract Linguist Program Support Office (CLPSO). I processed multiple RC Soldiers for early release from active duty thru the REFRAD program for reasons of personal hardship and the best needs of the Army. I also processed All Soldier’s actions in relation to Order amendments and revocations. As the subject matter expert (SME) for DAMPS-A and TODS for HQ INSCOM and its MSC’s. I was Responsible for the training of all HQ INSCOM RC personnel on the use of the TODS system. I am responsible for the Training, approval and placement within the system of RC Soldiers; DA civilian’s allowing unit level staff actions within the TODS system. Responsible for validation and submission of all COADOS, Mobilization and OPADOS request inputted in the TODS System, to include, justification validation, position validation, submission time-line, review and upload of exceptions to policy (ETP) as required, amendments to submitted justification. I continue to monitor and make recommendations to increase the overall speed and effectiveness of the system in regards to RC Soldiers submissions for
