I have enjoyed building teams of people who work well in a collaborative environment and mutually benefit and grow from one another.I lead our initiative for our SMART Equipment program combining our strength of both equipment and controls subsequent to the acquisition of York. We built technologies into our platform which enabled us to then extend our controls into a simplified controls systems for mid-market. This product line - VERASYS, enables contractors to complete the installation of the control system with no tools and gives them a large portfolio of communicating devices to extend the total capabilities including our PENN refrigeration line as well as energy meters, lighting panels, as well as an enterprise solution.We also built controls bundles for our OEM business including an entire line of controllers - PEAK, with the full capabilities of custom controls, while leveraging our core platforms and know-how. These devices also are extensible to any BACNet control system as well as plug and play with our VERASYS System when customization is needed.
