- Receive all incoming calls, and tech department request followed by entering the informationinto Auto Task. When creating a ticket by email or calls, gather all the necessary information inregards to the issue- Provided first line response for users requesting assistance in regards to any technical issues- Quickly and accurately determined incident scope/impact and assign the ticket according to anyavailable technician- Perform password reset and account creations while using Window Server 2012 R2/2016, ActiveDirectory, Group Policy and Office 365- Monitored and escalated backup system alerts and escalated errors- First line of communication with vendors such as ISP’s for any outages or issues- Escalated more involved problems to the appropriate Tier 2 support teams.- Use CMD or Terminal lines to troubleshoot several desktop/network issues- Setup and Configure Network Printers with in an Office network, and within Virtual Machineenvironment.- Document any new solutions, instructions and processes in IT Glue.
