• Participated in market sizing and segmentation exercise to determine target distribution channels for TBSL (charitable snack bar) in LA, Chicago and NYC; conducted market research and customer profiling to identify specific vendors within target segment for direct outreach campaign • Built brand awareness and distribution network through direct outreach campaign comprising cold calls and visits to potential vendors, follow-up and ongoing communication with vendors and product trials / feedback collection; personally secured 2 new vendors • Collaborated with team to build and manage TBSL social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; tracked and analyzed follower growth; responded to customer inquiries; curated content and generated posts across all platforms daily• Executed promotional stunts; worked live informational events• Worked with other interns to produce and set live online stop-motion “4th of July” commercial for TBSL
