Last database developed contained 5,500 prospects leading to prosperous leads;~~ Develops and/or modifies line cards to portray company capabilities;~~ Creates not only repeat customers but also personal friends.~ Bidding and Estimating:~~ Develops comprehensive bidding spreadsheets packages from scratch that address all aspects of fixed and variable costs required to generate profit, regularly winning contract awards.~~ Converses with prospects during bidding period, issuing pre-bid RFI's , calling for informal clarification on unclear RFP items and bid date extensions as necessary;~~ Develops clear, concise proposals, with history of positive reception by numerous federal, state, and private entities;~~ Follows up as necessary during bid eval process to insure concerns are satisfied. ~Project Management:~~ Amiable PM to clients, constantly focused on profit margin during project execution and dispute negotiation;~~ Flawless identifier, tracker and cost estimator of changing conditions;~~ Avid scheduler proficient in Primavera and MS Project;~~ Familiar with E-2 and ASAP Shop Systems;~~ Intimate knowledge of heavy machine shop development, planning, support and upgrade planning/execution;~~ Expert Company vs. Client negotiator.~ Field Service Management:~~ Well versed and demanding in proper on-site safety practices;~~ Innate ability to run field crews instilling esprit d' coir while balancing individual crew-member needs with company objectives;~~ Copious note-taker with a trained-eye for inconsistencies;~~ Produces detailed, concise, photo-documented field reports.
