As a manager at Drops, I oversee the operations and customer service of a coffee shop, barber shop, and clothing shop. I ensure the quality and satisfaction of our products and services, as well as the efficiency and profitability of our business. I also train and motivate our staff, handle the inventory and budget, and liaise with vendors and suppliers.I have more than three years of experience in customer service and call center administration, working with clients such as Capital One and Credit One. I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved customer issues and complaints, and provided information and assistance. I also participated in multiple customer service training programs, enhancing my communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. I am currently pursuing a Master of Technology degree in Business Administration and Management at Systems Plus College Foundation, where I am learning the latest concepts and tools to manage and grow businesses in the digital age.
