Provide guidance and leadership to ensure staff works safely, productively and successfully while overseeing and managing resources, housekeeping, logistics, communications and budget per processes and protocols for successful events. Ensure processes are in place for staffing, controls, procurement activity, on-board service (daily activity of vendors/contractors for interior/exterior food service, maintenance and catering) and productivity including comparison of events cost savings opportunities as well as maintain quality and inventory controls.

As Kitchen Manager I managed a staff of 15-25 team members. I streamlined kitchen functions to help maximize efficiency and decrease labor. I also received recognition on numerous occasions for having the least waste and best food cost in my district. I conducted quarterly reviews with all kitchen team members to give them feedback on their performance. This allowed me to create and individualized career path for a few of my key team members that would possibly lead to management positions.As Hospitality manager I was responsible for all front of the house operations of the restaurant. I wrote schedules for the wait staff, carryout, bartenders, and hostess. My responsibilities also included holding all front of the house staff accountable for providing excellent guest service to each guest that enters my restaurant. This is done through coaching and teaching on a daily basis and reviewing guest surveys to see where we can improve. I also give real time feedback to ensure we are constantly providing nothing less than highest guest service at all times.
