Responsible for the operation of all production equipment and supervision of the technicians and associates responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining the equipment and production processes.Responsible for closing of CAPA's and investigations in the TrackWise System.

Supervised up to 60 production operators that ran 6 fill to pack lines in fast pace generic drug environment. Responsible for 2 lines of creams and ointments, and one solid dose line. Trained and mentored new supervisors on day to day business activities.Generated reports for deviations, assist in the investigation, and recommends/implements solution to resolve deviations.Worked collaboratively within and across the value stream to ensure product flow of product, sharing best practices, and lean behaviors.

Managed the production of the Pulmicort Respules, Symbicort Turburhaler, and Parenterals fill to pack production lines. Supervised up 70 production operators that were responsible for running five blow-fill-seal filling lines and four packaging lines. Supervised up to 70 production operators in lean manufacturing environment. Responsible for approving, editing and reviewing employee time sheets as well as performance management. Responsible for line clearances, line purges, sanitation, SIP, CIP, and equipment validation. 100% of the deviations and CAPA's assigned to me were completed on time. Updated and reviewed SOP's and Batch Records using TDMS. Participated in several staffing selections that were part of the companies' reorganization strategy on the last two years.
