About Earl Thomas

I've spent over a decade working in the public sector. It's been extremely valuable and has allowed me the opportunity to work with a wide range of personalities, from all walks of life. The skills I've gained have prepared me for a prosperous career in software sales. For example, it's been very important for me to identify people's needs and wants. Also, it has been essential for me to be able to adjust in a fast-paced environment while still juggling all of the necessary stuff.Getting trained in Science-Based sales through preHIRED has not only given me technical skills to prospect and follow up with prospects properly but has helped me understand the psychology of the sale. These skills, meshed with what I've gained from working in the public arena makes me fully confident that I'm equipped to excel in an SDR role. I'll bring a level of light-hearted professionalism to any team that I'm a part of. Outside of work-life, I enjoy hiking and anything related. If there's a pool table around I'd have to get in at least one game. Hoping in my car adventuring and checking out small towns never get old to me and not going to the gym regularly screws with my head.
