- Produce results ahead of time by anticipating needs of coaching staff and fellow student managers. - Assist coaches in practice, manage multiple tasks, maintain cleanliness of the equipment room, and other day to day operations.- Execute & manage day to day and game day operations by utilizing servant leadership- ensuring the needs of all coaches, student-athletes, and support staff have been met prior to kick-off.- Exhibited standards of Kansas Football through maintaining a detailed inventory, developed a check-in/out process, accessed my ingenuity by enhancing previous implemented process to better suit current players and coaching staff.
