I am a multi-talented individual with a variety of expertise. I am a self-starter and have master’s degrees in theology and teaching. I’ve served in a variety of capacities over the last 17 years. I have worked successfully as a project manager in the education and manufacturing fields, a teacher, a college instructor, a process and quality engineer, a machinist, a supervisor, a vocational trainer and a myriad other roles. They all seem to revolve around two loci: I am either getting stuff done or I am teaching others how to do the same. As pedantic as that might sound, it is what I do. I get stuff done and I mentor others through the same process. It is one of the things I am best at: In the process of getting something done, I learn a skill/idea/concept and then I am able to break that skill/idea/concept down to its constituent pieces so that it can be easily assessed and grasped or absorbed by others.I am also a published author and skilled editor.
