With experience in assessing the right technology, building business cases, creating Statements of Work, or designing the right architecture from Thin Client, storage, server virtualization, or selecting the right cloud solution, results in the ability to be an effective Broker of IT technology and services.But knowing what to solution is only part of the puzzle without a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver IT services as well, and with much of my career in this area, (from a team lead to leadership and now solution designer), this experience has provided an in depth understanding of the IT environment from end to end.
