Experience in complete project follow-through, from idea stage, quoting, costing, engineering, production, to completion and profit of project. Engineering, design and experience with various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, agricultural and heavy equipment products; including lattice, overhead, box boom crane experience, coffee, strawberry, blueberry and other fruit harvesters, waterwell and blasthole drilling rigs. Recent experience in drilling equipment and tools, subsea, reels, tongs, positioners and related items. Experience in design, layout, drawing, bills of material, prototype, testing through production engineering of product. Set up many engineering programs, including Engineering Records, Part Numbering and Bill of Material Systems, Engineering and Quality Standards and Design Process Procedures. Experience in strain gauging, stress/structural engineering, hydraulics and electrical design. Substantial CAD knowledge including AutoCAD, related type CAD/CAM, and FEA programs. Have experience as “Expert” in various liability cases.Aviation: Manage and operate the Grand Haven airport. Provide Flight Instruction, training, and reviews, rides, aircraft maintenance , inspections, and repair.
