Oversee day to day operations of the Village Properties. (Market, Deli, Bar, and Banquet Facilities. Assist and Direct manager with their departments. Help with the department if short handed. Scheduling for departments, processing employee requests for HR, handling employee/customer complaints, counseling and documenting and escalating to proper departments and personnel when necessary. Maintain OSHA records and insure Environmental Health Standards. Oversee property maintance.

Generate new and repeat loan business, Develop internal/external business opportunities. Achieve sales goals by identifying and initiation of sales. Analyze application and credit reports , demonstrate effective selling techniques. Process loan applications. Sell insurance products while effectively handling the objecting to insure the sell. delinquency control for current and past due accounts.

Provide to the patrons the best customer experience possible. Going out of my way to make sure they are taken care of. Responsible for keeping the cash register in balance. Lottery tickets accounted for. Putting away merchandise and making sure the correct price is on it.
