Group Director, Global Compensation
Current• Contribute to an overall15% reduction in Sim’s global compensation program expense through plan design and implementation, budget and headcount planning, compensation structure analysis and recommendation, incentive plan modeling, company-wide bonus accrual planning, program guidelines and policy development which impact multiple business segments and ~2,800 employees.• Reduce the Annual Report publication YOY expense by AUD$1M by writing, format restructure, content development, partnerships with Finance, Investor Relations and external consultants, for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Director’s Report, while keeping compliant with Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) requirements. • Achieve a 33% reduction in annual equity administration cost, 100% improvement in share-based compensation reporting and 100% improved participant experience, through leading, sourcing and implementing new equity management software -- “Shareworks by Morgan Stanley” – and develop effective stock plan processes across five major global business groups.• Enhance job evaluation and market pricing of ~3,000 positions, to drive standardization, harmonize and automate compensation processes through sourcing, implementing and partnership with Regional HR Directors and business users, on the global Hay Job Evaluation Methodology and Market Pay frameworks.• Improve employee engagement and strengthen Sim’s pay for performance culture by managing the execution of new compensation programs, develop customized statements, plan documents, policies, merit guidelines, project plans and design Regional HR training, in administering the global performance management and compensation planning cycles. • Member of the SAP Success Factors implementation team for the company’s global multi-million dollar business process initiative
