Information Technology Program Manager
CurrentResponsible for leading, planning and implementing the use of technology to support strategic objectives. Accountable for delivering projects, within the ERP program, on schedule, within budget, and with customers’ expected deliverables deployed. Manages project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Coaches and mentors project managers to ensure and holds team for project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and that Customer’s expectations met. Audits performance of the ERP Program, project managers, project plans, project teams and project collaboration sites (i.e. schedule, costs, risks, issues). Responsible for monitoring all ERP Program Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and mitigation planning for same. Accountable for ERP Program financials (invoices, PRs, etc.) & contracts. ERP Program communication point for team members and stakeholders. Responsible for communicating all program & project status reporting to all stakeholders (Executives, Sponsors, Management, Project Team Members, Customers and Steering Committees). Acts as the escalation point of contact for all issues within the ERP Program. Responsible for understanding & educating project managers and project teams on Bridgestone’s internal project management & SDLC processes & controls including both waterfall and agile methodologies. Key Highlights:• Leads a 5-7 year ERP Program projected to encompass 4 releases, each with multiple release waves. • Leads a team of 90+ personnel including multiple project managers, Release Leads and Workstream Leads.• ERP program is tasked with ensuring that all business process changes are implemented to enable out of the box or minimal customization of the ERP Tool. • The ERP program is tasked with reducing Enterprise technical debt by consolidating 14 current ERP tools into one ERP tool using no to minimal customization and ensuring that once fully implemented can be migrated to a SaaS infrastructure with full vendor support.
