• Frequent travel to mine sites in the Northwest of WA to deliver key customer support and business development activities.• Technical support to process engineer and metallurgists to debottleneck and troubleshoot various circuits and process equipment. • Responsible for delivering & executing technical projects by adding value to different operations. This included providing technical advice & modelling on equipment that; increases throughput, improved reliability, extends wear life or optimizes the supply chain of parts to site.• Technical support on Mill Discharge considerations, Classification and screening upgrades and Tailings Pumping Solutions & to provide installation and commissioning support

• Optimising plant performance and reviewing monthly plant performance reports while providing technical metallurgical support to plant personnel. Projects include;o Designing and conducting plant test work, lead nitrate trials, geo-metallurgy project work, grinding and cyclone circuit optimisations, commissioning of various plant equipment, & various elution and gold room optimisations.o Metallurgical accounting upgrade including excel models, JKSIM/Bruno/SIMCIL modelling and creating a large excel accounting database. o Process control Improvement–Redesign control loops for better automation and control. Improvements include; cost reductions, decrease in cyanide & reagent usage, mill feed rate control and staged dosing projects successfully implemented. • Establish procedures and manage metallurgical functions associated with plant weekly and monthly reporting requirements • Involved with design, construction and equipment selection for process improvement• Provision of technical support to the operations team and troubleshooting to ensure targets are achieved Key Results: • Debottlenecked the crushing, grinding, gravity and CIL circuit to increase average plant gold recovery from 87% to 94% with reagent savings of 15%.
