Completed a merger of CASA's Training and People Branches to centralise the HR and Capability functions. Role responsibilities include management of teams supporting all aspects of HR including workforce planning, recruitment, IR and performance, diversity and workplace health & safety; as well as technical and corporate capability development and delivery.In the role I commenced a project to introduce an e-Recruit system and represented the organisation at a Board People and Culture Sub-Committee. I established a 5 year people and culture strategy and introduced a HR relationship manager role to support executives across the organisation. The role encompassed the responsibility to act as lead negotiator for CASA's new Enterprise Agreement which involved protected industrial action by three of the four unions involved. CASA was the first non APS commonwealth agency to establish a new Enterprise Agreement following completion of the APS central bargaining.
