Duties and Responsibilities: o Prepares Structural Engineering and Shop Drawings using CAD Software. o Prepares in-depth detailed drawings of structural elements. o Assists Structural Engineers in preparing for construction drawings. o Involved in the preparation of As-built plans for Existing structures. o Attends Meeting and On-Site Inspections. o Familiar with preparation of Design Criteria, Investigation Report, Structural Calculations. Others: o Structural Assessment and Investigation of a 3-Storey Commercial Building o Structure modelling and analysis using MidasGen based from the As-built drawings o Preparation of Construction Schedule and S-Curve

Duties and Responsibilities o Prepares detailed material estimate needed for the project o Review and prepares quotation for additional works o Prepares schedules through MS Project and Microsoft Excel o Coordinates with client through meetings and joint evaluation. o Supervise and implements works o Coordinate with sub-contractors o Prepares weekly accomplishment report o Prepares Minutes of the meeting o Evaluates Billings and AccomplishmentProject Involvements:URATEX – RGC Management & Properties Corporation Projects
