• Product Development and Testing – Assisted in the development and testing of Customer Watch, an application used by utility companies to manage all aspects of customer billing.
• Product Deployment – Worked with customers that purchased Customer Watch to design and set up the systems to run Customer Watch. Also deployed the application on their systems.
• Product Support – Worked with customers to solve problems and issues encountered with the product.
• Programming – Developed program to automate the build and deployment of the application. Program would checkout, update and compile code. It would then package program, make backups of existing deployments and then.
