CurrentAs National Director of Marketing / Account Management for Solera, I provide comprehensive leadership and direction for the retention and growth of a customer base of 3,000 dealerships across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on leveraging strategic consultative selling to optimize account performance and enhance client relationships. In this role, I lead a high-performing team of four regional account directors and oversee a 25-member account management team. This team is responsible for managing daily dealership operations, customer engagement strategies, franchise dealer marketing, website services, and the Southeast Toyota Distributor business, all aimed at driving client satisfaction and delivering measurable financial results. I am responsible for spearheading financial forecasting efforts, pricing strategies, and product launches, ensuring seamless alignment with market positioning and dealership requirements. By developing and executing strategic plans, I drive continuous improvement in dealership performance, ensuring we meet or exceed key metrics. My leadership extends to national meetings and regular one-on-one sessions with teams to address challenges, review and refine forecasts, and implement strategies that optimize account management processes. Additionally, I lead product positioning and strategic market planning initiatives, particularly in preparation for the release of a new billing platform.• Manage over $26 million in annual revenue for franchise dealer revenue and margin growth over four consecutive years.• Achieved 10% growth in revenue for the franchise dealer marketing business, driving consistent business expansion. • Retained 100% of a high-performing field team during a period of significant internal turnover, including the loss of key business leaders, ensuring stability and continuity.
