About W. Michael Earp

I LOVE TO TEACH THE FUNDAMNETALS, SO OTHERS CAN HIT DINGERS!As a young kid growing up in North Carolina (GO TAR HEELS), I never imagined I would serve 22+ years in the Navy and see the World. I have learned a lot about people, leadership, and what it takes to get the job done. I am a Coach at heart and enjoy helping to pull out peoples full potential when they can't even see it themselves. Leading teams of people excites me. Everyone on the team has unique talents, skills, and experience to bring to the table, collaboration and cooperation are the key to merging those talents to find success.
