I worked in the Advanced Technical Support line for the Vivint Smarthome campaign. My job was to provide peace of mind to the customers as well as solutions over the phone in inbound and outbound calls. Also I set up appointments for tech visits and did upsells for any required equipment.

As a Receptionist I greeted all the visitors that came to our front desk and managed their information as well as receiving payments. I learned to use the Zeus hospitality software. Also I audited the hotel in my night shifts and sent reports to the Manager. Another one of my tasks was to sell travel packages and tours to our visitors.

As a Host for the Eivissa nightclub my job was to visit the hostels in our city with some special invitations and gather a group of tourists to come to our club. Once gathered my job was to make sure they had an amazing experience and really enjoyed their time at our club.

As a host for the chocolate museum I got to learn the process for the production of chocolate from cacao beans and it's scientific explanation. My job was to provide the visitors with an amazing experience while taking them on a tour through the museum and also selling a great variety of products.
