Responsibilities include managing small design and consulting business with clients in the Chicagoland area as well as Alabama, Arizona, Texas and Vermont. Meet regularly with potential clients and develop partner relationship with various print and production houses. Maintain small business accounting, tracking invoices, expenses, income. Original design of identity, web and print materials as needed.

Work in conjunction with Lead Designer to create and develop original print and web designs for multiple clients. Responsibilities also include programming internet sites and multimedia presentations as needed. Meet and work with clients on a regular basis.

Coordinate and execute ministry strategy and programming alongside junior high and high school pastor. Develop new Saturday night outreach event for high school. Work in conjunction with sub ministries to develop logos, flyers, brochures, bulletin inserts and other printed materials including the Annual Report. Develop and maintain Harvest's web presence including the redesign in accordance with corporate branding as well as weekly and monthly scheduled updates.

Responsible for student ministry development in such areas as vision casting and yearly goal development. Assisting junior high and high school pastors in their responsibilities including speaking, teaching, event planning and mentoring students. Also involved in yearly student mission project, "Project Serve" planning and execution.
