Supervise all floor operations, control workflow, and ensure a safe and productive workplace. Plan, coordinate and direct the operations of all production areas. Core Functions:• Manage and coordinate activities concerned with production to obtain optimum efficiency of operations; Delegate work assignments to production leads.• Coordinate production activities with planning, supply chain, engineering, maintenance and quality control areas to obtain optimum production and efficient utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and production problems.• Ensures that all associates, vendor personnel and related personnel observe and follow all safety regulations and procedures of the facility.• Maintain a healthy and engaging work environment through motivated associates, fostering at all times a culture of respect, recognition and team work, providing timely and consistent performance feedback.• Works with Quality to ensure ISO compliance; Monitors work in process to maintain and improve Quality throughput yield.• Lead the production team in all continuous improvement and lean efforts to establish a true lean culture.
