- Managing other kitchen staff by delegating tasks throughout the day and controlling pace of orders taken- Making sure dishes are washed and restocked for kitchen use- Inventory duties(i.e. checking stock of ingredients, takeaway containers)- Cooking, preparing, and assembling main and side dishes, and all ingredients used for preparing all food items (i.e. bones for stock, meat, veggies)- ensuring kitchen end of day cleanliness
