The newest phase of my career is figuring out Retirement. This presents a unique challenge of doing ALL the things that were meant to be done years ago. There is the added challenge of staying engaged with Innovation and Training . Nothing is better than to see a new idea or trainee blossom.Over the past 20 years, I have increasingly dedicated my time to preparing the next generation of engineering practitioners and technical leaders. The Boomer to GEN X, Y, and Millennials transition is a serious challenge for any corporation. The bigger the technical organization, the more challenging the transition. There are decades of technical knowledge and history retiring every day. My current mission is to facilitate the teaching of this next generation of technical leaders, and hopefully, to mitigate this loss of expertise..I have over 35 years of engineering experience, with in-depth technical knowledge in energy production and environmental compliance. Until about eight years ago, my work solely focused on helping heavy industry comply with ever tightening Air Quality Regulations. I now work to accelerate the abilities of a select group of newly graduated engineers in both productivity and creativity.I have been awarded 13 Patents in the US and others internationally.

RetiredRetired - Everyday'S A Saturday Jul 2017 - PresentKansas City Metropolitan AreaI now dedicate myself to making designer firewood (carving), remembering athletic glories of old (sweating at the YMCA) and being annoyed at traffic (traveling). Other than that, it is about getting done ALL those projects that I never found time to complete.
