Worked on a project exploring how conformational changes are associated with activity of various E.coli proteins involved in chemotaxis. Proteins of interest were CheY and Tar receptor proteins. My main role in the project was to purify proteins from cell lysate through Ni-NTA chromatography, and Size Exclusion Chromatography. Techniques Involved: SDS/Page, Buffer/LB Broth Preparation, Protein Purification with Ni-NTA columns, Bacterial Cell Lysis. Size Exclusion Chromatography.
